Plan Trolleys

Planhorse mobile trolleys are also called a Rolling Stand, Plan file Trolley, Mobile Blueprint stand, Mobile Plan storage, Mobile Plan Hanger.

The front loading/access Trolley comes in 2 models. The AO, A1 Mobile.

Each model has 2 sizes - one carries 10 clamps the other 20.

Manufactured and tested to the highest quality standards the Mobile Trolleys are non obtrusive and enable a dramatic reduction in storage and retrieval time. Sheets are organised and easily accessible while the systems saves 90% of the floor space needed by other systems.

All Trolleys are front loading and freely mobile. They are supplied in flat pack CKD format ready to assemble. Assembly instructions and hardware/parts are included. Manufactured of powdercoated tubular steel in black they complement the white clamps. Hanging Modules are of 3mm flat steel powdercoated white whilst castors are heavy duty in black.

Trolleys provide lower cost per sheet filing than any other form of filing. The Trolleys are built for the rigors of construction sites yet are equally at home in architectural and design offices. Front loading the mobile trolleys eliminate the frustrations inherent in filing drawers, Prong cabinets and drop lift trolley systems. Hanging and removing clamps from the Trolleys is quick and simple. Simply insert clamp from the font tilt the clamp then straightens to secure the clamps front stop. Reverse the procedure when removing. No annoying swing brackets or end supports to contend with.

The front loading Mobile Trolleys occupy a very small space whilst storing up to 2000 drawings, plans or large sheets. The trolley provides high density vertical storage for large quantities of sheets. Sheets are grouped together in a clamp which hangs on the trolley. Each clamp holds from 1 to 100 sheets. Sheets are instantly accessed and easily filed.

To make these trolleys mobile, they are fitted with four durable wheels designed to work when the trolley is loaded with plans, blueprints and paper. This may be anything up to 250Kg with 20 fully loaded A0 plan clamps. The hanger stand is powder coated in a durable black paint finish with the module which hold the clamps finished in white.
