Returns & Refunds

In the unlikely event one of our products does not meet the technical specification(s) and or features and benefits as described in our shopping portal, our customers are entitled to return the product(s) for up to 30 days based on the following conditions :

• Call or send and email with the reason and item(s) to be returned 
• An RGA ( Returned Goods Authorisation number ) and return delivery address will be provided
• The product(s) to be returned need to be in its original packaging , safe and securely repacked for return shipment
• Cost of return shipping is at the expense of the sender
• The refund of the returned item(s) will be processed within 7 days after receipt less a 30% re-stocking fee
